As a Registered Nurse working in mental health and addiction care, I spent over a decade helping people through some of the darkest moments of their lives. While that work was deeply important, I began to realize that healing is far more complex than what medicine alone can offer.

Healing, I came to understand, is not just physical. It is emotional. Nutritional. Energetic. Spiritual.

My journey began in the world of science. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and dedicated over ten years to caring for patients in both high acuity settings and deeply underserved communities including Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside. I have worked with people at every end of the spectrum, from those navigating homelessness to those receiving private concierge care. And what I have learned is this: struggle is universal, and healing must be personal.

Over time, my curiosity led me beyond conventional medicine and into the realm of energy healing. I trained in Usui Holy Fire III Reiki, completing Levels One and Two, Advanced Reiki Training, and Animal Reiki. I later pursued certification in Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki, a powerful lineage that deepens spiritual healing and compassionate connection.

My sessions focus not just on the body, but on what often remains unseen, the stress held in the nervous system, unprocessed stories stored in the heart, and the quiet disconnection from self that so many carry.

For the past two years, I have offered Reiki therapy to individuals and animals alike, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and energetic rebalancing. My clients include everyone from burned out professionals and highly sensitive people to beloved dogs navigating anxiety or illness. Reiki allows me to meet people and animals where they are, gently, without judgment, and with deep presence.

Alongside my Reiki practice, I have expanded my training in psychedelic assisted therapy, completing programs with TheraPsil and Gathering Group for psilocybin assisted psychotherapy. I also managed a ketamine assisted therapy clinic, where I witnessed firsthand the power of trauma informed and spiritually aware healing spaces.
